The Trentfest Story

Trentfest began as a celebration of Trent Valley DA's birthday - originally an idea for a 'one-off' concert for our celebrations. It soon became apparent that people wanted us to run it again - and it has grown year on year into the event that it is today! Trentfest has now become one of the biggest outdoor music rallies (if not the biggest!) held by any DA in the Central Counties Region and beyond. Our committee works hard each year to grow the event to bring you bigger and better entertainment and traders. Many people say that this event has become the highlight of their camping year!

Want to book for the next Trentfest?

This will be held on 13/16 June 2024, on the events field of Thoresby Hall Estate, off Netherfield Lane, near Ollerton, Nottinghamshire NG22 9EP.

Membership cards for ALL adults must be shown to the stewards on arrival.

WRISTBANDS:

Wristbands will be fitted at the stewarding point for the number of people on your booking - including children. We ask that these are worn at all times whilst at Trentfest.

ADULTS:

Please do not be offended if we ask to check your wristband - it shows us that you have paid to be there and helps us to steward the event effectively.

PARENTS:

Please write your pitch number and mobile phone number on your child’s wristband - this will help us to help you if you and your child become separated.

In the unlikely event that your wristband breaks - please take your broken wristband to an event steward who will who will issue a replacement.

PITCHING:

Please ensure your event pitch card is displayed in your vehicle windscreen on arrival, and remains on display during the event. Once booked in, each unit will be taken to your booked & numbered pitch. Please pitch as advised by our stewards. Pitches will not be swapped around as this will cause confusion for our stewarding teams. Continental units will be flipped around to ensure everyone’s comfort.

  • Gas bbqs are permitted but must be raised off the ground. Disposable bbq’s and fire pits are not permitted by the site owner due to fire risk.

  • Parents are asked not to let children ride bicycles between units, and ball games are not permitted anywhere on site.
