2025 Sites List
ALL MEETS / THS's ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION AT SHORT NOTICE DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL. PLEASE CONTACT OUR STEWARDS OR THE DA'S SITES OFFICER (07976586812) PRIOR TO TRAVELLING - ESPECIALLY DURING PERIODS OF PROLONGED BAD WEATHER OR CONTINUED POOR GROUND CONDITIONS.
EVENT START TIMES:
Unless stated otherwise, all meets will open at 1pm. Please do not arrive before the start time at any meet. If you arrive before the stewards at any rally do not pitch your unit as you may be asked to move pitches once the stewards arrive on site. Please check with the stewards or our Sites Officer if you have any queries.
FEES:
We aim to provide great value for money camping at all of our meets. Fees shown are per unit, per night (PUN) with a unit consisting of up to 2 adults & your children. Extra adults (over 2) at all meets that have entertainment listed will incur an additional charge of £2.50 per night* (*except for Trentfest & our New Year meet). You must bring your valid Camping & Caravanning Club membership card with you to each meet & show this to the event steward at the signing on point.
Any test passed CCY member (card required at signing on) over 18yrs wishing to camp with TVDA & not attached to a unit may camp in the Young Adults area free of charge, subject to all CCY Area rules in place, in a single occupancy tent. If a CCY member wishes to occupy a normal pitch on the main camp area this will be charged at the normal rate applicable to all campers. Please contact us with any queries.
BOOKING MEETS:
The majority of our meets do not require booking. Those that do will be highlighted as 'Booking Required'. Where required booking forms will be available to download.
RALLIES & TEMPORARY HOLIDAY SITES:
Once you attend one of our rallies or THS's, we're sure you will have a great time and will want to come back time and again. They are a great way to socialise for adults and kids alike.
We have active Youth (CCY, 12+) and Junior (CCJ, 8 -12) sections that meet regularly and offer supervised camping and activities. These offer the opportunity to make new lasting friendships and gain valuable experiences that will stay with you. You can join Trent Valley DA CCY at local, regional, national and even international youth rallies!
We offer great value camping meets, with something for everyone - many with daytime activities and great evening entertainment, some with fancy dress themes for that extra bit of fun! We also have 'quiet meets' with no entertainment where you can pull up, setup and just sit back and relax

Stewards are required for many of our 2025 meets. Can you volunteer? Without stewards meets may have to be cancelled.

PLEASE NOTE
We are always aware of rising costs and work hard to keep camping fees as low as possible whilst providing excellent value for money camping & great entertainment for all the family. As we are seeing an increase in the costs of hall hire, electricity, heating, and artist fees, this may unfortunately see a small rise in fees to campers for some meets.
