This level rally area is well equipped with everything the touring caravanner or camper could wish for.

The centrally heated Toilet and Shower Block means home-from-home convenience especially with the children to care for…and the children will sure to love the Adventure Play Area where swinging and sliding around will mean lots of fun for all ages.

For fishing around Skegness you can’t beat Pine Trees. With two beautifully landscaped lakes, one for the carp enthusiast and one mostly silver fish; match bags regularly exceed 30lb. Both lakes are fully accessible to the disabled angler.

Immediately off-site is a wetland conservation area with some of the best wader colonies in the country. Completed in 2007 the project has 3km of access and hides for the bird watching enthusiast.

Broadleigh Farm Park Additional Info:

Trent Valley DA is hosting our Summer THS at Broadleigh Farm Park. Set in is a 9 acre caravan and camping park and located in the beautiful South Devon countryside. Situated halfway between Paignton and Totnes, it is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all that South Devon has to offer. There are walks galore close-by or, in half an hour, you can be on Dartmoor with a vast area of open countryside for pleasure and solitude.

Within a few minutes drive are several beaches, safe for children, or any number of small bays and rocky coves. Broadleigh is close to the small village of Stoke Gabriel, where there is a shop, pubs and a Post Office; it sits on the banks of the River Dart. In the opposite directions, just a few minutes away, lie Paignton, Brixham and Torquay with many restaurants, bars and shops. Just a little further are Plymouth and Exeter.

The rally field has a separate service block from the CL and main site. The three fields are linked in a L Shape but separated by traditional 'Devon hedges'.

Broadleigh is still a working farm, farming 400 acres, which includes 15 acres of cider apple orchards from which we make our very own scrumpy cider.

Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead at all times. There is a separate dog walking field.

· Close to the coast and sandy beaches

· Only one mile from the historic River Dart, and the village of Stoke Gabriel

· Taste traditional farmhouse cider, and locally made ice cream

· Picturesque and tranquil surroundings
